Thank you for choosing SimpleCast. We want to ensure you have a great experience with our pay-as-you-go token system. Please read our refund policy carefully.

1. Digital Goods

Since tokens are digital goods credited instantly to your account, they are generally non-refundable once purchased and used.

2. Accidental Purchases

If you made a purchase by mistake and have not used any of the purchased tokens, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the transaction.

3. Service Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent you from using SimpleCast, and our support team cannot resolve them, we will review your case and may offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund
